“.. as I gauze into the Crystal Ball seeking a portal into the future, all I see is the present.. “

It’s a New Year, it’s a new dawn, it’s a new day whatever we make of the moment reflects back what we perceive as our individual and collective reality. It’s only logical to start this new year blog as anybody reading this will acknowledge its simplicity and sincerity.. to remark on a yearly ritual cycle of new year resolutions and promises. Ofcourse majority of us end up every year stuck in a continuous static loop process akin to an old broken record player. So I’ve come up with a cunning plan of documenting my years journey of goal settings creating a sense of accountability and ownership. This is the theme behind the headline 2020 vision manifestation as I will attempt to outline my goals but first I’ve got to connect the timeline of achievement from 2019, the last of the teen years..
Club Level Coaching Commitments:
Park View FC of the Spartan South Midlands Football League D1 has been through a very tough first half of the season, having won only 2 games, drawn 3 and lost 13 leaving us at the very bottom of the table. This was so bad we had to seek permission from the league to suspend our Christmas season fixtures so we can go into recess for collective analysis. The truth of the matter is that the overall mental approach of everyone involved in the club hasn’t been on the same page so to speak. The attitude of “individualism” crept into the team in all areas from training protocols to match day protocols, creating a destructive pattern of events to a point that it became glaringly apparent as a team that we were losers before we stepped on the pitch. As a coach it was disappointing to be a witness, but the irony is we managed to “turn up” for the League Challenge Trophy games as we demonstrated our quality against the then Premier Division league leaders Tring Athletic FC, beating them 2-1 and in the next round, another Premier Division side Newport Pagnell Town FC , beating them 3-1! We are in the quarterfinal of the League Challenge Trophy and at the same token in a relegation battle for survival in the league. The Chairman had to bring in an additional coaching staff who in turn recruited 7 young energetic players including 2 goalkeepers to save the club from relegation. An emergency staff meeting was scheduled before Christmas that lasted a good 3 hours! as every topic was touched on and scrutinised in order to start the new year with determination and grit. A revised overall club protocols of operations was presented and sanctioned to be implemented with immediate effect. Optimism is on the rise…
FA Registered Agent/Intermediary: IMS004540
This was my major breakthrough for the year as this was absolutely important for the vision I created for Ultimate Keeper. Becoming an FA registered Agent/intermediary ( which includes working with minors ) has given the brand to provide goalkeeping representation for aspiring future generations of goalkeepers and also current semi-professional and professional goalkeepers. As a member of group of over two thousand FA registered Agent/intermediary in the country, competition to represent goalkeepers even at the academy level is high and as a less experienced newbie, the stakes are stacked against my breakthrough year. So what is the plan you ask? Well for starters, I’ve come to the conclusion that in order to sign my first client, I’ll need to create my first client, and that means providing the necessary coaching programmes to achieve my goal. Unfortunately I cannot go into details as to how its going to work, that’s about as much information as I’m willing to share. Moving on, another avenue I’m exploring is moulding my dreams and aspirations based on a proven successful business model and that accolade goes to Just4Keepers, with 20 years experience in the industry run by the owner Ray Newland. He created a promotional intro video discussing about the history of the brand and how he started with just 2 goalkeepers back in 1999. Now his successful company operates in 31 countries worldwide providing all sorts of goalkeeping products and services and making goalkeepers dreams a reality. My first step was to sign up for mentorship that Mr Newland is currently providing for free and also an affiliate program with the company to boost the credibility of my brand. Having studied Just4Keepers business model, I’ve been left with no doubt that with my creative ideologies Ultimate Keeper will emulate the success of Just4Keepers in years to come.. a business with deep roots, strong stem with eloquent branches springing out it, blooming with flowers of fragrance..
Personal Growth and Development:
Now that I’ve found the love of my life ( we found each other! ) my personal relationship will dictate the course of my life, but still in line with my goals. All I can comment about her is she is an Angel, heaven sent. In addition, to be successful in whatever you set your mind upon, one has to have the support of the people in your life who wishes you well. The biggest support comes from your partner or spouse as it creates an unstoppable driving force towards your destination and the best part of it is the actual journey. Creative minds is a powerful source of energy that transcends forms of matter, making every goal come to past. Investing more time in creating my brand, engaging more with goalkeeping online platforms like GKnexus , Goalkeeping Intelligence and Just4Keepers ( I really do recommend you check these websites out for top goalkeeping contents ) and many more will only add value to my vision, creativity and plans for 2020. Because of my evolving growth and development especially in my private life, I will temporarily suspend club coaching duties at the end of the season to concentrate on private coaching and business development.
I very much look forward to how 2020 unfolds with opportunities leading to success.
HAPPY NEW YEAR 💥💥💥
